Cole brings warmth and empathy to any project and as a person with working class roots he is passionate about enabling the voices of those who might not otherwise be heard.
He now also works as an interviewer on a bespoke basis, particularly enabling founders and business leaders to talk about, unlock and understand their stories so far, finding ways to thrive in future.
